What you get:

4 weeks with 4 Modules and 7 Lessons that allow you to study whenever you want!

Each week a new module will drop, giving you the time you need throughout the week to study. 

You will also become part of the Level Up Your Learning Facebook Group where you can submit questions to Bobbi and have them answered each week on Facebook live. You can also submit questions to the group and get answers from your peers.

In addition, you will se up one personal zoom meeting with Bobbi at the beginning of the course and again at the end of the course. This allows you to tailor your specific training to meet your exact needs and make sure that the investment you place in yourself with your time and money gets achieved.

Module One

covers the fundamentals of facilitation

What will you learn:

  • Different learning styles and the told you need to keep your content engaging

  • Virtual Classroom preparation, suggestions and tips to keep your audience active in their learning

  • Traditional Classroom preparation, how to set up your room and the tools to help you be effective

Module Two

starts off with facilitation basic skills

Skills you will learn:

  • Understanding youm your voice, your body language and your style

  • Avoiding filler words

  • Avoiding the use of "I" or "Me"

  • Watching your pace

  • Maintaining/Enhancing Self Esteem

  • Using Names

  • Acknowledging

  • Agreeing & Expanding

  • Paraphrasing

  • Empathizing

Module Three

will take you to the next level of facilitation skills when it comes to the 80/20 rule

Skills you will learn:

  • Asking open ended questions

  • Waiting for responses

  • Reinforcing those responses

  • Testing for understanding

  • Pressing for specifics

  • Referring to prior learning

  • Turning questions to the group

  • Reinforcing the benefits of using a system or skill

  • Using examples or asking for examples

  • Reacting to criticism positively and Summarizing your content

Module Four

is known for "Putting it all together" and you will see why

Skills you will learn:

  • Reshaping incorrect responses without diminishing their self esteem

  • Handling Objections

  • Creating Needs Awareness

  • Asking Implication Questions

At the end of your 4 weeks, you will be presented with a Certificate of Completion noting your dedication to learning the skills necessary to facilitate a class or meeting.
